Policy We understand that sometimes schedule ADJUSTMENTS are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 72 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours notice, you will be charged for 70% Of the cost of the scheduled service. A new deposit will be needed for a new appointment. Each appointment requires a deposit. Appointment Confirmation and Cancellation Policy
At JG Hair Studio we understand life can be unpredictable. To ensure we can accommodate everyone’s needs, we kindly ask that all appointments be confirmed 24 hours in advance. If confirmation is not received, your appointment will be canceled to make room for other clients.
A cancellation fee of as per policy 50% will apply for any missed or unconfirmed appointments.
